Microsoft release another server OS aim for SBS market name as “Windows server 2008 Foundation” Microsoft main aim is to promote this as the first server for a small network. Users who are unable to invest on SBS server and doesn’t have requirement for in-house exchange server will be benefit of this product. Currently Microsoft don’t have any plans for selling this as a box products instead coming through Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) only.
